On Saturday night, Megan Fox hosts SNL for the comedy show's 35th season premiere.

Megan Fox, best known for the Transfromers movies and now promoting her latest flick Jennifer's Body, has hardly every showcased the lighter side of her personality. On Saturday Night Live, however, Fox will get the chance to show viewers that there's more to her than just sex appeal.

But will it work?

Fox could use some good press, too, as her reputation has taken a hit in recent weeks. In fact, Fox has got into a verbal spat with Transformers director Michael Bay--one that turned a bit nasty. In a recent interview with Wonderland magazine, Fox compared Bay to an infamous German dictator.

"He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward," Megan stated. "He has no social skills at all. And it's endearing to watch him. He's vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set he's a tyrant."

Fox's comparisons didn't end there.

"He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation."

On Saturday Night Live, Fox will have an opportunity to make light of her recent headlines. And with Jennifer's Body receiving poor reviews, comedy might be one of the best decisions Fox's publicity team ever made.

But the question still lingers--can Megan Fox truly be funny?
