PHOTOS! Here are pictures of the beautiful Janine Lindemulder (aka Janine Linda Mulder) who now faces Sandra Bullock in a custody fight. Janine Lindemulder is Jesse Jame’s ex wife and together Janine and Jesse have a five year daughter.

That daughter is the subject a nationally covered dispute today for the usually private Sandra Bullock. Revealed is Sandra Bullock’s declaration againstJanine Lindemulder declaring that Bullock is not simply a stepmother.

The declarations come as Lindemulder is released from jail since previously serving time on tax evasion.

Bullock tells the current Parade magazine she adores having the 5 year old girl in her life.

But in a declaration, Bullock says Jannine’s condition would put her on “high alert”.

“We realized that due to the instability in [the girl's] life, bringing another child into the world at this time would not be in [the girl's] best interest,” she wrote.
