There are reports that seven year old girl Somer Thompson girl has been found dead by authorities in Florida. She went missing while coming to her home from school.The news has shocked the nation with millions of people across the nation waiting impatiently for a good news coming about her.

They are praying for her well being, praying that she returns safe to her parents and that they and their kids are never ever made to face such a fate.

For a kid of seven year old, something of this kind is unimaginably disgusting and horrible.

A concerned Khabrein leader from Florida says, “It is a terrible, terrible tragedy loosing a child to some sick individual. My heart goes out to the family & friends. I hope that Compassionate Friends is there for the parents and for the siblings. One day may they find peace in knowing they have an angel smiling down on them”.

She further says, “I agree that we need to push our law makers, we also need to make sure that kids get to and from school safely. Maybe schools can use adult volunteers to watch over them as kids walk (we would not want to say follow or walk with as that may be un cool). There are a lot of walkers, runners, retired individual that I bet if asked would love to help out the schools and help protect our children. A 7 year old should not have to walk a mile to school without supervision nor a 13 year old. Lets start utilize resources to protect the kids not to pay for this person to hang out in a jail where they are warm, feed good meals and protected by the outside”.

Another reader Jeff Q says, “First I want to say that my heart goes out to Somers family. I hope that this evil monster is caught and is dealt with asap. I think that it should be mandatory that all groups of children should have at least one adult with them on the way to and from school, I don't have children of my own but have walked with my nephews and nieces to their bus stops and was there when they were dropped off even when they were in high school!” He further says, “they did not like it and even said they were feeling like they were treated like babies, but I still made sure that I made the point to them that I'd rather they be embarrassed than to be missing! Meanwhile Sheriff Rick Beseler said investigators searched through 100 tons of garbage before Somer’s remains, which were identified by a birthmark. Police have questioned more than 70 registered sex offenders in the area, and that process was continuing. “I fear for our community until we bring this person in. This is a heinous crime that’s been committed,” Beseler said. “And we’re going to work as hard as we can to make this community safe.”
