'Real Housewives Of Orange County': Season 5 premiere recap

The fifth season of The Real Housewives Of Orange County focused primarily on the changing relationships of the women.
The episode begins with Vicki Gunvalson skydiving in tandem with an instructor, while her co-star Jeana Keough experiences a free fall of a financial nature.
The realtor explains that the market has dropped so drastically that her "income is down by two-thirds, it's been a huge adjustment for the family". She worries about where she'll come up with the money for the clutch she burns out on 17-year-old son Colton's car, and makes plans to sell her 9,000 sq ft home for a 5,000 sq ft one.
Tamra Barney throws a "wrap party" for her 10-year-old daughter Sidney's acting class, complete with a red carpet and paparazzi. Her husband Simon is unhappy with her and friend Ricky after he overhears them using the term 'teabag' at the event. She admits there is tension in her marriage and they have a "love/hate relationship".
Meanwhile, Gretchen Rossi admits that she is developing feelings for Slade, a man who previously dated two former castmembers, and that she will "get a mouthful" for dating him six months after her boyfriend Jeff died from cancer.
Tamra meets Vicki for lunch, and the two discuss nude pictures of Gretchen on the internet.
"There's a picture of her with a vibrator laying on a bed with a cord, I'm like, 'Holy Mother of Gynecology! Who has a vibrator with a cord?' " Tamra asks Vicki.
Gretchen later explains to the camera that the pictures were taken when she was "in a dark place" following Jeff's death.
Lynne Curtain is expanding her jewelry line to include "Fred Segal and some of the other bigger department stores". She later meets with Tamra and tells her she's planning a showing of her line and will include all of the women on the show.
The evening of Lynne's show at the St Regis hotel arrives, with Gretchen showing up last and late. Vicki forces Tamra and Gretchen to acknowledge each other, while Jeana adds: "Just bitch slap each other and get it over with!"
All the women agree that they should "respect" one another, after Tamra is asked by Lynne if there is truth to her statement that she "makes her skin crawl". She responds that it's Gretchen who makes her feel that way and likens her to being "known as the hooker in Orange County" and a "victim". The two exchange heated words, until Jeana stands up for Gretchen, who ends the episode by saying: "This is not me being a victim, this is me telling you to shut the f**k up!"
