Grandparents Ordered To Evict 6 Year Old

Jimmy and Judie Stottler, live in a Pinellas Park retirement community. There six years old grand daughter is sent to live with them. The community doesn’t allow the children to live there. The home owner is demanding to remove the girl from the home.
The six year old girl was sent to them by the state government when it found her mother taking drugs. The girl is living with her grand parents against the rule since after states order.
Judie Stottler said

“For some reason, there’s a few, just a few who don’t want Kimberly. And I just don’t get it,”

The residents say that they don’t want to live there any more. The housing market crashes as they put their houses for sale.
Attorney Robert Eckard, who voluntarily representing the family, said

“They have no more assets to go out and purchase a rental property, if they sell the home they can move. If not, they’re homeless on the street.”

According to some people the law should enforce and some thinks that it should be compromised. Now it is the judge who has to decide about six year old girl. If they doesn’t sell their home they have to sent their grand daughter else where.
Judie Stoller said

“They will have to drag me out in handcuffs and tear her from my arms; I’m not putting her out on the streets “
